In 2003 OLEC moved into its new 200,000 square foot headquarters. Sitting on 13 acres in Santa Ana, CA, this site is the final step in the consolidation of six small factories into one state-of-the-art facility. Having everything under one roof allows OLEC to be more efficient and responsive to customer needs.

  OLEC offers AQUAFLASH innovative photopolymer plate-making solutions, which offers high-resolution and easy water-wash processing. Digital Plate System that goes from Laser to Press without processing. OLEC manufactures flexo plate processors that offer pulsed hot-air drying and a de-tack / post-exposure drawer. The FLEXJET is a unique system that prints a solid digital mask on a conventional printing plate.

  OLEC is proud to offer a wide variety of Cylinder Screen Printing Presses, capable of printing on substrates such as paper, cardboard, plastic sheet, film, and metallic sheets ranging in thickness, and width. OLEC also manufactures self-contained exposure systems designed for high-resolution screen imaging. The DSI Computer to Screen System prints directly onto the screen, just mask and expose, no film needed.

  The FLEXJET is a unique system that prints a solid digital mask on a conventional printing plate. The digital mask allows exposure of the plates without vacuum and is water dispersible. The DSI Computer to Screen is a unique system that uses phase-change ink-jet head technology to print directly on a conventional screen frame.
