Versatility |
AccuTool offers an ideal method for increasing productivity as vacuum draw-down is virtually instantaneous. It eliminates the rubbing out of air bubbles entrapped between the panel, artwork and Mylar® cover sheet. Patented self-adjusting hinges offer repeatable registration to within .0005 inches. AccuTool can be configured to accommodate various process tooling including print and etch pinned inner layers, post etch punching and the latest “L” tool design. AccuTool is a combination of specially heat treated glass, designed to maintain tool strength, with precision machine cut grooves. It provides easy access to electrical and vacuum control for both the upper and lower tray. A secondary vacuum is provided by a factory installed, third independent pump (with all necessary solenoids and hoses pre-installed). AccuTool makes the AP 30 a plus in ready to use systems. |
